Ever since I was a teenager, I loved and cherished any visit to the Selfridges Beauty Hall. It always felt like a treat to visit but also like a warm and welcoming environment. Even back then and i’m talking over 15 years ago, they were ahead of the curve with the brands they had in there – and now is no exception. Not only have they caught up to the US market, but they are ahead, with brands from Korea and all over the world debuting on their shelves. I find it impossibly hard to just walk past Bond Street area now and not just peek my nose in.. !
I was so honoured when Selfridges invited me in to experience their most iconic brands for a brand new decade, their latest beauty finds and to experience some of the world-class services they have in store. I mean, being a beauty addict, I already knew a lot about what they had.. but seeing it all again just reinforced to me why this always has been and always will be my favourite beauty spot in London.
Brands like Morphe and Huda take centre stage with huge dedicated areas of their own, and of course we have some older favourites like Urban Decay and Too Faced, but they also have the biggest Pat McGrath counter in all of the UK, and a huge Charlotte Tilbury display. There’s everything from your heritage high end brands like Tom Ford and Chanel, to Beauty Bakerie and Natasha Denona. I created a tutorial for my insta page using a wide range of the products in store, and you can check that out by clicking here. Make sure you keep watching for the Morphe palette.. it’s unreal!
I would love to know your comments and what your favourite brand is that Selfridges stock!
